Guilloché dial.

It is a sculpture on the dial. And it is a pattern with precise and complicated repetition. Also mechanical sculpture decoration.
It is said that it was devised by Breguet. And the sculpting method varies depending on manufacturers and brands such as lattices and waves.

ブレゲの考案と言われており、格子やウェーブなど、メーカーやブランドによって彫刻方法は多岐にわたる。

Water resistant.

K18の場合、金が750‰、残りが銀と銅が等量のものをイエローゴールドと言う。一般的に認知されている金色に近いが、純金に比べて黄色が強い。 K24は色が綺麗で変色しにくいが、強度が弱く、高価である。それに対して、K18は強度があり、純金よりは安価であるため、凝ったデザインにすることができる。
