In the Swiss watch industry, division of labor was mainstream since long ago. That division of labor was the Établisseur, and that was organized by the Swatch Group. However, Swatch Group broke it down by the Year 2010 problem. Since then, many watch makers have had to make a decision to develop their own movement. They change from Établisseur to Manufacture.
