In 1985 Junghans started to market the first radio-controlled table clock. And they produced the first radio-controlled wristwatch called the MEGA 1 in 1990. The radio radio-controlled watch corrects the time automatically by receiving standard radio waves. Those have increased sales in the 2000s and are the most mainstream now.


1985年にユンハンスが世界初の電波式置時計を、そして1990年には初の電波式腕時計『メガ1』を発売した。電波時計は電波を受信することによって時刻を自動的に補正する。2000年代に入ってから売れ行きを伸ばし、現在では最も主流である。
